ded:ElementDefinition: The additional constraints, if any, on the content entered
for the Data Element (e.g., the maximum number of characters, the regex, uniqueness,
min and/or max values, precision, scale). Special Cases:
1) If the DataType is an enumeration, then provide either (A) the enumerated list,
or (B) a reference to a specific enumerated list; ?
2) If the DataType is a regex, then provide the actual regular expression.
This attribute is only a placeholder so that all the ISM attributes are not shown
in the schemaGuide for every element. If you refer to the documentation of the
attribute group it will say what attributes should be here.
