ded:CategoryComment: This category consists of one element. Typically, the name of a publisher should be used to indicate the organization, agency, or domain responsible for the resource. ICResourceMetadataPackage can optionally include one or more publisher elements when other creator, contributor or pointOfContact elements exist. There is no maximum number of publisher elements in a metacardInfo element, where it indicates the publisher of a metadata card. metacardInfo can optionally include one or more publisher elements when other creator, contributor, or pointOfContact elements exist. Each publisher element can have one element of person, organization, service, or unknown. publisher may be marked according to SMP guidelines.
