James A. Cangialosi

James Cangialosi is the Deputy Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC)--a component of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)--which leads and supports the counterintelligence and security activities of the U.S. government. As Deputy Director, Mr. Cangialosi plays a key role in leading the Center's efforts to counter national security threats through strategic oversight and partner engagement. In this capacity, he supports the NCSC Director in managing the Center's activities and building partnerships to enhance the nation's counterintelligence and security posture.

Mr. Cangialosi joins the NCSC leadership team with an extensive career that includes more than 22 years of experience in federal law enforcement as a Special Agent with diverse assignments across the Department of the Air Force's Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) mission portfolio.

As a civilian member of AFOSI, Mr. Cangialosi served as Director of Counterintelligence for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, supporting both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. Prior to that assignment he served as the DoD's Senior Representative and Deputy Director for the National Counterintelligence Task Force, a multi-agency national level initiative to target and defeat foreign intelligence entities and other espionage threats to the U.S.

Mr. Cangialosi also served in an overseas assignment at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Additionally, he was deployed to Iraq as a member of AFOSI's Anti-Terrorism Specialty Team, served as a Legislative Liaison for the Secretary of the Air Force, and supported AFOSI's Commander's Action Group.

A graduate of American University and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Mr. Cangialosi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice and a Master of Arts degree in Global Policy, respectively. Throughout his career, he received extensive training, including fellowships with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government. His achievements earned him the National Intelligence Superior Service Medal, the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Civilian Service Medal, and numerous other commendations.

George "Wes" Street

George "Wes" Street serves as the Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center. In this capacity, Street leads the United States' national counterintelligence priorities and supports the security efforts of the Intelligence Community (IC) and U.S. government. He also serves as the primary counterintelligence and security advisor to the Director of National Intelligence.

Street has served in the U.S. counterintelligence community for more than thirty years, with service as an active-duty U.S. Army Soldier, Army Civilian Counterintelligence Special Agent, and most recently, as the Department of Defense Deputy Director of the National Counterintelligence Task Force.

During his military and Intelligence Community career, Street served in nearly all aspects of the counterintelligence and security communities as a practitioner, manager, and senior leader.

He has numerous deployments in support of combat operations, peacekeeping operations, and has established extensive collaborative relationships with partner nation organizations, Street has extensive experience addressing complex counterintelligence challenges globally. Additionally, Street has a proven track record with interagency counterintelligence investigations, operations, and activities in both foreign and domestic settings.

As Director of NCSC, Street is leading the National Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States and supports the IC and national-level counterintelligence and security programs.

Dennis Kirk

Dennis Kirk serves as ODNI's Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic management of the ODNI, including corporate governance, financial operations, information management, information technology, security and counterintelligence, continuity of operations, facilities and logistics, and talent management.

Kirk has decades of experience in policy, personnel management, and strategic transformation. He most recently served as Senior Advisor to DNI Tulsi Gabbard, where he assisted in the implementation of Executive Orders, the Presidential Management Agenda, and other directives from President Trump and DNI Gabbard. He also served as Senior Advisor to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, leading business transformation and personnel reforms across the organization.

Prior to his work at ODNI, President Trump nominated Kirk to the Coordinating Committee on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he served from 2020-2021. Additionally, he was nominated as Chairman of the Merit Systems Protection Board for the 115th, 116th, and 117th Congresses.

Kirk has also served as Associate Director for Personnel Policy at the Heritage Foundation, Associate Director of the Office of Personnel Management's Division of Employee Services, and Associate Counsel for Strategic Integration and Business Transformation in the U.S. Army's Office of the General Counsel.

Kirk holds a B.S. in Police Science and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. His distinguished service has earned him numerous accolades, including the United States Meritorious Service Award and Medal, Certificate of Commendation for Exceptional Fidelity, Meritorious Civilian Service Award, Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service, Army General Staff, and a Letter of Appreciation for Superb Leadership during the first wartime Quadrennial Defense Review.

Madeline Meeker

Madeline Meeker serves as Acting Assistant DNI for Strategic Communications, where she oversees ODNI's external and internal communications, including media, digital, and strategic communications efforts.

Meeker was raised in Richmond, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communications and a minor in Political Science. Before joining the team at ODNI, she spent four years working for her home state senator, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), where she served as his communications director for two years. Prior to the role, she served as press secretary for Sen. Paul and helped lead the press operation for his 2022 reelection campaign. Meeker joined Sen. Paul's team in 2021 as a deputy press secretary. Before making her way to Capitol Hill, Meeker worked on President Trump's first presidential reelection campaign as a media affairs coordinator, and also spent time working at the Republican Party of Kentucky prior to moving to Washington, D.C.

Olivia Coleman

Olivia Coleman serves as Press Secretary for ODNI. In this role, she serves as the primary spokesperson for ODNI, the Intelligence Community, and DNI Gabbard, as well as manages media relations and outreach.

Coleman is a Wausau, Wisconsin native. After completing her undergraduate degree in political science and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she moved to Washington, D.C. to work for Wisconsin's own, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI). Coleman worked on Sen. Johnson's press team and assisted in his highly competitive and ultimately successful 2022 reelection campaign. In 2023, she joined the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic as Press Secretary where she managed media for high profile hearings--including Dr. Fauci and Andrew Cuomo--and spoke frequently on the record about waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government. Immediately before joining ODNI, Coleman served as an interim press secretary for the House Oversight committee and helped launch the DOGE Subcommittee.
